Trumpets of death with fruit alcohol

Start by cleaning your trumpets, personally I prefer to clean it by hand without a knife. I start by removing the part of the foot that is in the ground and I break them in half lengthwise to see if there is no slug inside. Once everything is peeling clean, I wash them with water with a glass of vinegar. I leave them a few minutes, Then I take them out of the water, rinse them with a drainer. Let them drain a little.I put them in a jar, so do not be afraid to fill higher than the edge, I pour the fruit alcohol up to about half of the jar. Do not worry the trumpet level will drop over the minutes if you have other trumpets complete the level. The goal is that the fruit alcohol completely covers the mushrooms. Add fruit alcohol if necessary. Keep well until consumption. When you take trumpets for meat in sauce you can add a little bit of alcohol to perfume a bit more.
